Plastic cup making line

The Line is formed of Cup (Bowl) Making Machine, Cooling Conveyor and Cup Stacking Machine Using the plastic sheet (PP, PS, PVC) after heating to a certain temperature, many kinds of cup products as milk cup, soft-drink cup and water cup can be made by the Cup Making Machine through thermoforming. The come-out cups pass the Cooling Conveyors to keep the forming shape and go to the Stacking Machine for Automatic Packing. This Line has the advantage of manpower-save and low cost in production. The Line is high in automatic production Level, fast in its production speed. The Automatic stacking of the products of the cups can be done by itself as the forming mould with self-cutting device(cup making machine,cup forming machine,thermoforming machine)
